How do I take it?
Shake thoroughly and fill dropper with the desired amount of oil. Place the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 60 seconds, this will increase the rate of absorption. The oil can alternatively be added to your favorite food or drink, but this will lower the rate of absorption.Â
